Materials: Available in carbon steel, stainless steel, and nylon. Carbon steel is widely used for its strength, stainless steel offers chemical and corrosion resistance, and nylon 6/6, sometimes reinforced with glass, provides added durability.

Specifications: Key considerations include maximum load capacity, weight, ball size, and barrel diameter, with measurements typically provided in pounds (lbs) and inches (in). BTUs are also available with specifications in kilograms (kg) and millimeters (mm).

Mounting Styles

Disk Mount: Positioned at or near the center of the assembly.

Flange Mount: Features a flange at the top or near the ball on the body.

Pipe Mount: Designed to fit standard pipe sizes.

Press or Drop-In: Engineered for pressing into a mounting hole.

Stud or Bolt Mount: Equipped with an integral mounting bolt or stud.
